The leader\\\\\\\'s remarks came in his address to the commanders and members of the Basij volunteer force in Tehran. Ayatollah Khamenei further said that Iran\\\\\\\'s rights including its nuclear rights must be recognized, noting that there are redlines that the Iranian nuclear negotiators will have to heed.
